Ashlynn Simmons is the Owner of ADS Bookkeeping Plus, LLC, a company she started in 2014. A bookkeeping professional and business profitability and growth advisor. Ashlynn enjoys assisting clients to meet their informational need and full growth potential. Additionally, she is most dedicated to helping business owners make better, more informed financial and organizational decisions that impact their bottom line.
After working at a public accounting firm for several years, she paved a path helping smaller companies with their bookkeeping needs who could not afford the hefty accounting firm bill. She is proud of what she has been able to create in being established since 2014 and steadily growing.

ADS Bookkeeping Plus, LLC was founded in 2014 by owner Ashlynn Simmons, a bookkeeping professional and business profitability and growth advisor. After several years at a public accounting firm, Ashlynn saw a gap. Smaller companies needed dependable bookkeeping and financial guidance, but they could not justify a large accounting firm’s fees. She started ADS Bookkeeping Plus to give those businesses the same financial clarity and confidence at a scale that actually fits them.
More than a decade later, the firm is established, trusted, and steadily growing.
Ashlynn’s focus is helping owners make better, more informed financial and organizational decisions that affect their bottom line. The firm works with businesses in the $200K to $1M annual revenue range, the stage where finances become too complex to handle on the side but a full-time, in-house finance team is not yet practical. ADS also supports individuals with their accounting needs. We work in QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop. We can work in your existing QuickBooks file or set up a new one correctly from the start.
Our bookkeeping includes reconciliation of your bank accounts, credit cards, loans, and lines of credit; categorized transactions; monthly and quarterly sales tax filing; and clear monthly financial reports (profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash flow). No, we do not file returns. Instead, we prepare fully reconciled, categorized, tax-ready books so your CPA can file accurately and efficiently, with no scrambling at year-end and no missing records. If you do not have a CPA, we are glad to recommend one.
